About

Hello and welcome to my blog.
My name is Caitlin, I am Scottish but have spent most of my life between Scotland, England and Australia. I currently live with my husband Tom (an environmental scientist) and my two daughters Hannah (10) and Aislin (7) in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.
We live in a run down little house that desperately needs renovating, unfortunately we have no time to renovate. I used to be a college lecturer teaching business and management, now I run a business consultancy, specialising in solo businesses run by women. I also teach mindfulness meditation and run classes and workshops teaching women to find their authentic selves through meditation, visualisation, sacred journeying and creative writing. I am busy.
To satisfy my inner hippy I’d like to have my hair dreadlocked, drive a Combi van and grow all my own organic vegetables.
This blog is about my life with all it’s ups and downs, tragedies and celebrations, fun and sadness. I blog as therapy and to leave something for my children to laugh at when I’m in the nursing home. I sometimes come across as neurotic. Can’t think why.
You can read more on my '100 Things' post.  Read it. You'll thank me.
