Just a quick post today. I don’t have much computer access at the moment as Tom is hogging the laptop working on his essay. We really must invest in a second computer. So instead I am ‘enjoying’ domestic duties such as washing, ironing, cleaning the bathroom and my favourite…picking up the dog pooh from the back garden. You had no idea my life was so glamorous did you?
This afternoon, however, will be dedicated to genuinely enjoyable pursuits. I’m finishing the hat I started for myself last winter…
…excuse the terrible photo, taken with my phone right in front of the window (because I was too lazy to get up and do a better job). What you can’t see is that is a lovely lavender coloured ‘tweed’ yarn. Check out the three needles…I’m still impressed with myself that I can actually knit that way now, because seriously, I’m usually pretty inept with that sort of thing. Anyway, I’ll post a photo of the finished article - soon I hope.

i had set out with good intentions of getting my essay into some kind of order that makes sense...have not got very far however...farming, chasing flynt off the flowers, washing...might sit in the garden and read in a bit!!!
...just slammed the front door in a huff too! swampy left the front door open and flynt was going crazy at the babygate and liable to do himself an injury...grrrr
I can't believe I have missed all these posts! I'm soooo lazy! Just about to post on my own again (maybe). It's late and I'm tired as well... and since everyone's mentioning essays...I have one I'm meant to be doing but haven't done...
I think your day sounds much nicer without the essay Laoi, I especially enjoyed the slamming the door in a huff episode :-)
Hi Cathy! I'm finding it really hard to believe you're lazy, for a start you have 3 boys...there's a special place in heaven for mother's of three boys ha ha. Are you studying again?
